Melbourne, July 2010- Luxury Southbank hotel, The Langham, Melbourne, will once again host the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival’s (MFWF)
Langham Melbourne MasterClasses in 2011. The hotel, which has carved a reputation for itself as a culinary icon since it first hosted the festival’s world-class chefs in 2008, will be transformed into a food-lovers haven in March 2011, as its talented culinary team led by Executive Chef Anthony Ross welcomes the renowned chefs for the 2011 festival.
