Langham wins Hotel Brand of the Year
Melbourne, 11 SEPTEMBER 2012 - The legendary Langham has been rewarded with an industry accolade for its enchanting brand. Last Friday at the 2012 HM Awards, Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) received the prestigious Major Award (nominated by the judges only) for Hotel Brand of the Year, with Managing Director of The Langham, Melbourne, Mr Ben Sington, on-hand to accept the accolade.

The HM Awards are the leading awards for the accommodation industry in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region, with 2012 marking the awards 10th anniversary. This year, over 800 different properties were nominated, with over 50 awards handed out at the gala dinner on Friday evening. The nominations are judged by a selected panel of 50 industry experts and leading travel editors and writers.
