MELBOURNE - The Langham, Melbourne, will culminate its popular collaboration with dessert extraordinaire Burch & Purchese with six additional Sweet Studio Afternoon Teas in November and December 2012. The Sweet Studio Afternoon Teas have been an overwhelmingly successful addition to the hotel's Tiffin calendar, and the final six were created in response to demand for end of year celebrations and the festive season.
The last Sweet Studio Afternoon Teas will be held in the elegant surrounds of ARIA Bar & Lounge on Friday 16 November and Friday 7 December, with three sittings on each date. The whimsical sweet treats will be served on The Langham's elegant three-tiered silver stand, alongside the traditional afternoon tea favourites of delicate ribbon and pinwheel sandwiches, fluffy scones with jam and clotted cream and espresso or loose leaf tea.
