Our story
Our story begins almost a decade ago. We met through family and friends in our late teens and as fate would have it, were destined to be.

Joey proposed on our last day of vacation in the Philippines almost two years ago, leaving the engagement ring beautifully packaged by the bedside table. It was a lovely surprise to wake up to.

We visited several venues before deciding on The Langham, Melbourne. As soon as we walked through the doors however, we knew we had found the perfect venue.  The Langham, Melbourne is a beautiful and luxurious hotel that is inviting, warm and most importantly, ‘timelessly elegant.’

Your experience
The Langham, Melbourne offered an unparalleled level of service with sophistication. The Clarendon Ballroom together with the wonderful decor created a truly magical and perfect ambiance for an elegant, enjoyable and unforgettable wedding. The food and beverage was simply divine which our guests are still raving about, and the individual dessert platters were a hit!

The thoughtfulness of all staff was wonderful and we felt we were really taken care of - from the beautiful Club Suite to retreat to in between the ceremony and reception and spend the night after the wedding, to the spectacular food and drinks sent to us in between photo sessions. The Langham, Melbourne went above and beyond making our wedding such an enjoyable day, we wish we could do it all over again!

Every love story begins somewhere and a new chapter in our lives started when we got married at The Langham, Melbourne. They helped us begin a good story for the rest of our lives. We were honoured that all staff involved, especially Zayna Fratto, the Chefs and their catering teams, and the banquet staff made our wedding a truly memorable event for both ourselves and our guests. We will always appreciate their hard work, time and effort and above all else, their kindness.

Advice for Future Couples
Early planning and organising helps to ensure a smooth running wedding day. Do as much as you can before the big day so you and your guests can enjoy it.
