The Langham, Melbourne’s 2010 program of cooking MasterClasses features an exciting exploration of global gastronomy. The Langham’s highly credentialed Executive Chef, Anthony Ross has created a series of eight intimate, monthly cooking MasterClasses from Monday 19th April through November 2010. The 2009 series of classes enjoyed great popularity, we recommend early booking to avoid disappointment.
