Wedding Menu

Our wedding package comprises a three-course dinner menu including tea, coffee and petit fours. Our acclaimed executive chef Anthony Ross has prepared an impeccable menu for those looking for a very special dining experience. Specialties include the roasted tenderloin of veal on crushed potatoes with black olive, basil and chive cream or the wild-flower honey brushed chicken stuffed with fetta and lemon thyme, roasted shallots and lentil sauce.
